Principle Rep/Head Ninja

Other than being a Ninja, Zach aligns FlowState Collective to support our shops and manufacturers to the best of our abilities. He keeps FSC and our team on track.

Zach loves being outdoors and has always been obsessed with gear that makes outdoor sports easier and more accessible.

Being able to take his experiences and use them to support manufacturers and dealers is what he loves most about being a rep. Zach will often mention how fortunate he is to be able to work with people on a daily basis that share the same passion he has about getting outside and getting after it.

When he is not working you will find Zach out on his bicycle, doesn’t matter the time of year he sticks to the same schedule.

He also enjoys snowboarding, exploring in his truck, camping in amazing places, riding/building motorcycles and shooting archery.

Favorite trailside snack: I just like food but if I must choose… cold pizza on a bike ride hits the spot.

Favorite tailgate beverage: Have you ever had a post ride Kentucky Mule?

Tanner Huffman

Intermountain Territory Sales Rep

Tanner’s focus at FlowState Collective is to establish and maintain a trusting relationship with our dealers in the intermountain territory ensuring the best rep service is provided for all of our brands.

His most enjoyable part in working as a rep in the bike/ski industry is having meetings with dealers out on the trail or on the chairlift.

Tanner does what he does for work because it is fun! Ripping trails, skiing pow and having his dog Winnie along for the ride is where you’ll find him living his best life.

Favorite tailgate beverage: Sport beers (Coors/PBR/Rainier)

Marie Weathers

Director of Business Operations and Strategy

Leads daily operations and tracks the implementation of our strategic plans for account management and sales at FlowState Collective.

Marie is passionate about making sure everyone has what they need to get the job done. She’s often behind the scenes developing and maintaining efficient processes and effective reporting, so the team does not miss a beat.

When she is not behind the computer screen you can find Marie outside with a huge smile either shredding on her Pivot, making turns through pow on the mountain or hiking with her loyal pup Walter.
